SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Nivorio. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or the phone number provided at checkout.

SHIPPING TIME AND RATES
Estimated delivery time to the United States is approximately 14 business days from the date your order is processed, though this is an estimate and not a guarantee.
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped to the United States.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses, as this depends on the carrier used for your order. We recommend using a standard residential or business address whenever possible.

ORDER TRACKING
At this time, we do not provide tracking numbers for orders. If you have questions about the status of your order, please contact us at support@nivorio.com and we will do our best to assist you.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Nivorio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures, natural disasters, or any other event beyond our reasonable control. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Nivorio is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly at support@nivorio.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we will evaluate the best solution for your case.
If you have any concerns about the estimated delivery times or the condition of your order once received, please reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve any issue equitably.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Nivorio is not responsible if a package is not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nivorio.com so we can attempt to correct it before the order is processed. Additional costs incurred from an incorrect address provided by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.
